I’ve come to recognise the value in the challenges and lessons you’ve inadvertently provided me. Often, our dislike for someone stems from the discomfort their presence or actions evoke within us. This discomfort can reveal much about our core values—highlighting what we stand against—or it can expose hidden desires, spurred by envy.
Whenever I encounter someone displeased with me without clear reason, I take a moment to reflect on whether my actions align with my words. If the dissonance persists and the reason remains elusive, I choose to view the situation differently. It’s not a personal slight but rather a reflection of something within them, echoing unspoken truths about their own experiences or feelings, in one way or another.
